SANI-CORETM is an innovative sewage, sanitary, municipal, and food processing treatment process that kills coliform, E. Coli, and other bacteria, viruses, parasites, and fungi without the use of chlorine, peroxide, or any other chemicals. It lowers BOD, TSS, phosphates and nitrogen to acceptable levels. It is also effective in the treatment of agricultural and storm water run-off. SANI-CORETM uses natural processes in a unique series of phases to achieve the optimal result.

The SANI-CORETM System

The SANI-CORETM system can be designed to treat any flow volume, with the added advantage of modular design where indicated. The wastewater is treated in a continuous flow-thru process without chemical addition, requiring less capital outlay and only the minimum of manpower.


Water Treatment

With the SANI-CORETM system, treated water meets the requirements for surface water discharge or injection into the aquifer or ground water. Most suspended solids are removed and the system's natural processes reduce BOD loading, phosphates, nitrogen, and converts ammonia. Bacteria, viruses, parasites, and fungi are killed.
