Barbara Blake

Barbara Blake, co-inventor/co-licensor of the SANI-CORE™, ABCEL™, ANCEL™, and ANTEX™ technologies, was elected to and has served as a Member of the Board of Directors and President of ANCECO Corporation since its inception. Prior to the establishment of the Company, Mrs. Blake was involved in the ten-year development of the chemical formulations and was granted a first patent in 1987. In 1984, during the development and testing of the ANCEL process and chemicals, she established procedural criteria for ANCEL testing at the School of Nuclear Physics at Georgia Institute of Technology with Dr. Bernd Kahn, Chairman of the Nuclear Physics Laboratory. A patent was granted for this technology and additional patents are pending. She is a Member of New Jersey Business and Industry Association.

Alexander Blake

Mr. Blake, co-inventor of the SANI-CORETM, ABCELTM, ANCELTM and ANTEXTM technologies, is actively involved in the research and development of soil and water treatment processes for Anceco's products. Mr. Blake has a degree in engineering and as director of research and development is involved in all phases of the engineering, design, marketing and testing of ANCECO's products. He is also involved in the engineering design, overseas marketing and presentation of technical papers. Mr. Blake has a degree in engineering. He is involved in ongoing research and development of soil and water treatment processes.

Dr. William J. Lacy

Dr. Lacy is a chemical engineer and a specialist in waste minimization, the application and utilization of innovative environmental technologies in wastewater, groundwater, drinking water, hazardous and toxic waste, nuclear waste disposal and industrial effluents clean up. Dr. Lacy is co-inventor of the SANI-CORETM and ANCELTM technologies. Dr. Lacy was R and D Budget Director for the Federal EPA and board member National Science Foundation. Dr. Lacy was an environmental consultant to the World Bank. He was also environmental consultant to President Anwar Sadat for the Aswan Dam Project in Egypt.

Chester D. Reed

Mr. Reed was President Chief Operating Officer for EDCO/DRURY Company. EDCO is the parent company of three different enterprises all related to commercial construction and development. Denali Construction is general contracting company created to drive sales to EDCO's subcontracting business, Drury Company and construction supply company, Drury Supply. These companies have been involved in all facets of construction from ground to major renovations of restaurants, hotels, hospitals, and apartment buildings. He was also Senior Vice President of Operations for Prime Hospitality, where he oversaw the sales, marketing, revenue management, and operations of over 100 Amerisuites and Wellesley Hotels throughout the United States. In this position, Mr. Reed successfully reorganized operating structure to reduce cost by over one million dollars per year.

Frederick M. Wynn

Mr. Wynn received his BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Tennessee. He also holds a degree in Business Administration. As Environmental Manager, he was responsible for the Love Canal clean up. He was General Manager for a major hazardous waste treatment facility in western New York. For SCA Chemical Services, Inc. in Boston, MA, he served as Vice-President and Director of Engineering. He is actively involved as Chief of Operations for Anceco's chemical manufacturing division.

Aaron Goldstein

Aaron Goldstein is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in the States ofNew Jersey and New York. He holds a Master's Degree in Taxation from Pace University. He has been in public practice for over 20 years, an Audit Manager with a medium sized CPA firm, a managing partner in a twelve person firm and currently operates his own firm. Mr. Goldstein also previously held a position as Controller for a $100M apparel manufacturer for ten years.

Glenn Menture is a co-inventor/licensor of the SANI-CORETM technology. Mr. Menture has been in the construction and design industry for over 15 years. He is Vice-President and Director of Technical Field Operations for all Anceco technologies.
